I've been commander on many servers, ASN 187th and RC Lead, Vortex BoS Lead, and Urbane as 612th and 442nd Commander. What can you offer -- Great shot, constructive PT, and  Describe Yourself in one sentence -- Strict, hostile, responible and understanding. Your battalion is on a decline of troops and you are getting desperate for people. When you actually recruit people they turn out to be a minge. How would you deal with this situation? -- Harsh yet constructive PT, inform them of their actions and tell them if they don't change there WILL be consequences. If they minge again they will be removed from Scout. Describe the process of training a standard infantry battalion. -- Faces, Formations, Order Test (make sure they follow orders without hesitations), Simulation, Battalion Specialities and then situations they will be put in and see how they react. While on a mission, you are tasked with retrieval for a senator representing the empire. Which regiment would be most fit? -- Nova, they were tasked with protecting Naval and Senators. It is their main job and they are best trained for that situations. How would you chose a 2nd In command for your regiment? -- Recruit and pick those who I think would be good for it go through "tryouts", leadership, and a tough simulation with stupid troopers. Have a point system and pick the person who got the most and did the best and who I think I could work with the best to get Scouts job done. Must have total respect for all higher rankings.[/b]
