[b](Roleplay Hours) [/b]Hours: 233 Describe your roleplay experience. The entirety of my time on gmod servers are in Star Wars roleplay. I have played a serious RP clone wars server for the last 4-5ish months and worked my way up to the highest ranks on there. I wanted to try out imperial rp though so I found this server and have been playing it when I don't need to run my regiments on the other one. I prefer serious RP above any of the other forms, and when running my regiments I keep them as strict to lore and as serious as possible. Describe why we should pick you for staff. I have some experience as a staff member(only like 2 months), and not to toot my own horn, but I believe I am mature enough to deal with staff situations on the server. I would dish out fair punishments for any rules broken depending on severity and behavior. I believe serious rp is something to be taken, well, seriously and any mingeing should be dealt with ASAP. I want to contribute to the server, and help this sprouting community grow as fast as possible and want to put my part in to a server I find fun and with great members so far. My gm application also somewhat applies to this topic. I am very helpful, and believe I could better the playing experience for all that play the server and I can be a fair and good staff member to those who need it. [b]SITUATIONS:[/b] A player comes on the server asks for a trainer, and upon arrival to the training room. He randomly shoots you, and everyone else in the room. What do you do? Warn him to stop, and try to get him/her to roleplay, but if he/she refuses I will warn them and jail them for a 600 seconds. Then after they are released I would give them another chance before kicking them if they continue and if they comeback and continue I will ban them for their behavior. A player begins to minge around on the server running around, and pressing all the major buttons to the ship. He then apologizes to you in the admin sit, while you are asking him why he did that, and you release him because you feel bad. But then he does it again, and while you are spectating him, can hear him speaking about you calling you names, and saying how stupid the staff are on this server. What do you do? Warn him for staff diss, mingeing, failrp, and continue to watch the rule breaker. If he continues then I would temp. ban him for a day or two as he is ruining the rp experience for serious people on the server.  A player threatens to DDoS the server what do you do? Permaban immediately You see a staff member abusing their power they are higher than you in rank what do you do? Report them to the owners/server manager as it is against staff code to do so. Also explain to them what they did was wrong, and how it effects how people see the server. QUESTIONS: What can you bring to our server as a staff member on Royal Gaming? I can bring fair judgment to those who need it and assist any new players as they join the ship. I will do my best to make the server a fair and fun place for everyone and stop any minges as they try to ruin the serious rp experience for those who are coming to actually roleplay. I will keep any rule breakers in check with fair and just punishment, and follow staff rules myself. What is your experience as a staff member in general? I don't have much recently, but I used to be staff on an Imperial star wars rp server a few months ago. I might be rusty but I know what I am doing for the most part. What servers have you been a staff on? A former Gaminglight star wars imperial server that doesn't exist anymore
